Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or used will not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address/contact link] with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will issue a refund for the production cost of the item once it is returned and inspected. Shipping costs (both initial and return shipping) are non-refundable. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after receiving the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will then issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Custom Items
As our products are printed on demand and designed by us, all items are eligible for return under the same conditions (unused, unworn, and unwashed) as mentioned above. We do not accept returns for items that have been customized by the customer, as the customization process is handled by us.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that are worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.
Any items returned outside the 30-day window.
